How do I avail of outpatient services at accredited clinics?

Intellicare’s Clinic-Based Program grants you convenient outpatient care from a broad network of well-equipped, multi-specialty clinics. For hassle-free outpatient availments, please follow these steps:

STEP 1: Go to your preferred Intellicare-accredited clinic.

Not sure which clinic has the services you need? Call Intellicare’s Hotline.

·      State the outpatient services you need (e.g., consultations, laboratory exams) and your preferred area (e.g., Makati, Taguig).

·      Intellicare will give you a list of suitable nearby accredited clinics and their available services.

You may also check the list of accredited clinics found in your www.benefitsmadebetter.com account.

STEP 2: Present your Intellicare card and 2 valid IDs at any of the following clinics:

·      Intellicare Aventus Clinics

·      Accredited Clinics (e.g., QualiMed, Hi-Precision)

STEP 3:  If approved, sign the provided LOE (Letter of Eligibility) and accomplish your Referral Control Sheet (RCS1 or RCS2). If declined, attending medical staff will contact Intellicare for assistance.

STEP 4: Avail of your intended outpatient service.

REDIRECTING TO ACCREDITED HOSPITALS

In some cases, you may require special consultations or medical procedures that are not available at any of the accredited clinics. When this happens, Intellicare prescribes these steps:

STEP 1: Call Intellicare’s Hotline at (02) 7902-3400 or (02) 8789-4000. Inform Intellicare of the specialist consultation or medical procedure you need.

STEP 2: Get a referral to an accredited hospital. During your hotline call, if Intellicare determines that there are no available clinics that can serve your request, you will be referred to an accredited hospital instead.

STEP 3: Proceed to the referred hospital to avail of your intended outpatient service.
