You have 30 days to enroll your dependents. Online enrollment for this renewal starts November 18 to December 17, 2023.
New dependents enjoy effective coverage on November 18.
For hassle-free availments, please enroll new dependents or reconfirm existing ones as soon as possible. To be endorsed to Intellicare for activation and issuance of ID cards, all dependents must be confirmed via Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and complete supporting documents must be submitted for new dependents.
Please upload all the required documents and accept the DECF and Data Privacy Consent Forms via 2FA. Acceptance of the forms and submission of complete documents will give you a hassle-free enrollment, an assured endorsement, and a convenient availment.
