ActiveOne Online Pharmacy accepts Senior Citizen and PWD discounts. To access this benefit, please read these guidelines:

 

1. Do you accept PWD or Senior Citizen discounts?

Yes. PWD and Senior Citizen discounts are accepted in the Online Pharmacy, subject to validation and applicable rules.

Before you can use this benefit, pre‑registration is required.

 

2. How do I register for the PWD / Senior discount?

To pre‑register, submit a clear copy of your valid PWD or Senior Citizen ID to the following:

  1. Scan the front and back of your PWD or Senior Citizen ID
  2. Email the scanned copy to:

    CC: [email protected]
  3. Use the subject line: RCX | Site | PWD / SC Registration
  4. Once reviewed and approved by the Online Pharmacy Team, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

3. Turnaround Time (TAT) for Pre‑Registration

Standard validation time is 3 business days. TAT starts once a clear and complete ID is received. Employees are advised to wait for the confirmation email before placing discounted orders.

 

4. Validity of Approved Registration

  • One‑time registration only
  • Re‑registration is required only if the ID has expired

5. What if my registration is rejected?

Employees will be informed if the submitted ID is unclear, invalid, or expired. Employees may correct the issue and re‑submit their ID for validation.

 

6. Email Update or Account Recovery

If you lose access to your account and require an email update:

  • Re‑submission of your PWD / Senior ID is required
  • This ensures the discount is correctly re‑tagged to your updated email

7. Dependent Eligibility

The PWD / Senior discount is limited to the principal employee only. Dependents are not eligible to use this discount.

 

8. What products are covered by the discount?

The PWD / Senior Citizen discount applies to Prescription (RX) medicines only

Important coverage rules:

  • Vitamins and supplements are not covered
  • Over‑the‑counter (OTC) medicines may be discounted only if included in a valid prescription
  • Quantity must not exceed one (1) month supply

 

9. How much is the discount?

The standard PWD / Senior Citizen discount is 20%. The discount is computed only on eligible items in the order.

Partial Discount Example:

If only some items in your order are covered:

  • The 20% discount will be computed based on the total amount of eligible items only
  • Non‑covered items will be charged at full price

 

10. How is the discount applied?

Important: The system currently cannot apply discounts upfront.

  • Upon checkout, employees will be charged the full amount
  • The discount will be processed as a refund
  • Refunds are credited to the same payment method used
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the refund after a successful and validated purchase.

 

11. Orders placed before validation

Registration must be completed before availing the discount. If an order is placed before PWD / Senior registration is approved:

  • The discount will not be applied
  • No retroactive refund will be processed

12. Multiple or Consecutive Orders

Once your PWD / Senior status is validated:

  • The discount will apply to each eligible order
  • Each covered order will have its own refund‑based discount

 

13. Promotional Discounts & PWD / Senior Discounts

If there is an ongoing promo:

  • Promo discounts are applied first
  • The PWD / Senior discount is applied only to the remaining amount

Example:

  • Promo discount: 10%
  • PWD / Senior discount: 20%
  • Employee will receive only an additional 10% (to complete the 20%)

If the promo discount is more than 20%:

  • PWD / Senior discount cannot be added
  • Per regulation, double discounts are not allowed. The employee may only avail of the higher discount.
 

 

14. Refund Escalation & Support

If the refund is not credited within the expected timeframe, employees may:
